Scope
We would like to inform you about a scheduled downtime for our FOD Finance FIRST system (AAII / AGPR). 
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance system performance and scalability, we will be implementing our SPLIT-DB Solution during the weekend of September 27th. 
This critical upgrade requires a complete shutdown of all services directly related to the FIRST-Ecosystem (Intake, Accounting, Recovery, DAD, VA, Provisions, ...).
 
Downtime Schedule:
  • Start:   Friday,     27th September 2024, ~14:00 
  • End:    Monday, 30th September 2024, ~06:00 
During this period, the application and all related services will be entirely unavailable. 
Our team will conduct thorough checks post-implementation to ensure all systems are functioning correctly before bringing them back online.
 
Please plan your activities accordingly to minimize any potential disruption to your own work/application.
